1. Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, unread, and in its original packaging (if applicable), with all original tags, covers, and accessories intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
2. How to Initiate a Return

When contacting us, please provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number, if necessary, along with instructions on where to send your return.
Please do not send your item back to us without first requesting a return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.
3. Return Shipping
- For Buyer’s Remorse / Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, accidental order, or any reason not due to a defect or error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong title, edition), Buytopo LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us immediately upon discovering the issue, and we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label or arrange for an alternative solution.
4. Condition of Returned Items
Books must be returned in their original, resellable condition. This means:
- New books must be unread, free from writing, highlighting, tears, or significant damage to the cover or pages.
- Original packaging (e.g., plastic wrap, slipcovers) should be intact if the item was sold as new and sealed.
Items that show signs of use, damage not attributed to shipping, or missing parts not due to our error may be subject to a partial refund or refusal of return.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification to confirm its receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
- Processing Time: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please remember that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items Upon Arrival
If you receive a book that is damaged during shipping, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery). We will require photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue, which may involve sending a replacement at no additional cost or issuing a full refund and arranging for the return of the incorrect/damaged item.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund (following the policy above) and then place a new order for the desired item.
9. Shipping Costs (Original Order)
As Buytopo LLC offers free shipping on all orders, there are no original shipping costs to be deducted from your refund.
